We’re excited about this purple wheat because it grows well, it’s good looking, tastes delicious, and is reported to be extra-healthy thanks to its funky colour (caused by anthocyanins). Perfect for bread, biscuits, cakes and any other recipe requiring whole wheat flour.

Our Stoneground Wholegrain Purple Wheat Flour is 100% organic, grown and milled fresh in small batches on our family farm. It is truly wholegrain, complete with the germ and bran to preserve its natural goodness and full flavour. Baking with freshly milled wholegrain flour tastes like nothing else.

Thursday is milling day at the farm, so we need your order before 9:00am on Thursday morning in order to include it in the weekly milling and packing. Orders placed after 9:00am on Thursdays will be shipped or available for pick up the following weekend, unless we notify you otherwise.
