Please note: we need your order before 9:00am on Thursday morning to include it in the weekly milling and packing. Orders placed after 9:00am on Thursdays will be shipped or available for pick up the following weekend (unless we notify you otherwise).

Our pasta has a naturally rough surface perfect for absorbing sauces because it is extruded through bronze dies in the traditional Italian way. It's slowly air-dried at a low temperature over days to preserve nutrients and flavour.
