Whole Purple Wheat Grain
We’re excited about this purple wheat because it grows well, it’s good looking, tastes delicious, and is reported to be extra-healthy because of its funky colour (thanks to anthocyanins).
We’re loving the whole grains cooked and used in place of rice or pearl barley, or freshly milled for delicious, beautiful and versatile flour.

Thursday is milling day at the farm, so we need your order before 9:00am on Thursday morning in order to include it in the weekly milling and packing. Orders placed after 9:00am on Thursdays will be shipped or available for pick up the following weekend, unless we notify you otherwise.
