Our pasta has a naturally rough surface perfect for absorbing sauces because it is extruded through bronze dies in the traditional Italian way.
It’s slowly air-dried at a low temperature over days to preserve nutrients and flavour.

Thursday is milling day at the farm, so we need your order before 9:00am on Thursday morning in order to include it in the weekly milling and packing. Orders placed after 9:00am on Thursdays will be shipped or available for pick up the following weekend, unless we notify you otherwise.

We pay our deepest respects to the first people of this land and their elders past and present. The palawa/pakana are the first farmers and caretakers of lutruwita and their connection to this land remains strong.
